Abstract:
(EN) This rare earth magnet contains Sm, Fe and N, and contains Me and B as additive elements, wherein Me is at least one element selected from groups 4, 5 and 6 of the periodic table. The rare earth magnet has a nanocomposite structure that includes a Fe phase, an SmFeN phase and an MeB phase; of an Sm2Fe17Nx phase and an SmFe9Ny phase, the SmFeN phase includes at least the Sm2Fe17Nx phase, the volumetric ratio of SmFe9Ny phase in the structure is 65 vol% or less, the atomic ratio of the total content of Me and B relative to the total amount of Sm, Fe, Me and B is 0.1-5.0 atom%, and the atomic ratio of Fe in all phases of the compound containing at least one of Me and B is less than or equal to 20 atom%.
(FR) L'invention concerne un aimant à base de terres rares contenant du Sm, du Fe et du N, et contenant du Me et du B comme éléments additifs, le Me étant au moins un élément sélectionné dans les groupes 4, 5 et 6 du tableau périodique. L'aimant à base de terre rare présente une structure nanocomposite qui comprend une phase Fe, une phase SmFeN et une phase MeB d'une phase Sm2Fe17Nx et d'une phase SmFe9Ny, la phase SmFeN comprenant au moins la phase Sm2Fe17Nx, le rapport volumétrique de la phase SmFe9Ny dans la structure est inférieur ou égal à 65 % volumiques, le rapport atomique de la teneur totale en Me et en B par rapport à la quantité totale de Sm, de Fe, de Me et de B est de 0,1-5,0 % atomiques, et le rapport atomique de Fe dans toutes les phases du composé contenant au moins l'un des éléments Me et B est inférieur ou égal à 20 % atomiques.
