Abstract:
(EN) A particulate matter measuring device component comprising: a base that is made from a ceramic and has, in the interior thereof, a passage through which a gas flows; a filter that is made from a porous ceramic and is provided to the interior of the passage so as to divide the passage into a plurality of divisions; and a pair of electrodes for forming electrostatic capacitance that are provided to the base so as to sandwich the filter, wherein a wall surface of the passage in the base is more dense than a surface of the filter.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un composant de dispositif de mesure de matières particulaires comprenant : une base qui est réalisée en céramique et présente, dans sa partie intérieure, un passage à travers lequel circule un gaz ; un filtre qui est réalisé en céramique poreuse et est disposé à l'intérieur du passage de sorte à diviser le passage en une pluralité de sections ; et une paire d'électrodes destinées à former une capacité électrostatique qui sont montées sur la base de sorte à prendre en sandwich le filtre, une surface de paroi du passage dans la base étant plus dense qu'une surface du filtre.
