Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a touch panel sensor film which, when applied to an electronic device such as a flexible organic EL display element, allows for reductions in thickness and weight, and has excellent gas barrier properties. Provided is a touch panel sensor film having a gas barrier layer and a conductive layer on a substrate, characterized in that the gas barrier layer is a region, at least in the thickness direction, containing a non-transition metal M1 and a transition metal M2, and which has, in the thickness direction, a continuous 5 nm or more of a mixed region in which the value of the atomic ratio of the transition metal M2 to the non-transition metal M1 (M2/M1) is in the range of 0.02 to 49.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet de fournir un film capteur pour écran tactile qui, lorsqu'il est appliqué à un dispositif électronique tel qu'un élément d'affichage électroluminescent organique souple, permet d'en réduire l'épaisseur et le poids, et présente d'excellentes propriétés de barrière aux gaz. L'invention concerne un film capteur pour écran tactile, qui présente une couche barrière aux gaz et une couche conductrice sur un substrat, et se caractérise en ce que la couche barrière aux gaz est une zone qui contient, au moins dans le sens de l'épaisseur, un métal de non transition M1 et un métal de transition M2, et qui comporte, dans le sens de l'épaisseur, une continuité d'au moins 5 nm d'une zone mixte dans laquelle la valeur du rapport atomique du métal de transition M2 au métal de non transition M1 (M2/M1) est comprise entre 0,02 et 49.
(JA) 本発明の課題は、フレキシブル有機EL表示素子等の電子デバイスに適用したときに、厚さや重さを低減可能であり、かつ、ガスバリアー性に優れたタッチパネルセンサーフィルムを提供することである。当該タッチパネルセンサーフィルムは、基材上に、ガスバリアー層及び導電層を有するタッチパネルセンサーフィルムであって、前記ガスバリアー層が、少なくとも厚さ方向において、非遷移金属M1及び遷移金属M2を含有する領域であって、前記非遷移金属M1に対する遷移金属M2の原子数比の値(M2/M1)が、0.02~49の範囲内にある混合領域を、厚さ方向に連続して5nm以上有することを特徴とする。
