Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a laminate exhibiting excellent adhesion between a base and a coating film, which is obtained by forming the coating film by a cold spray method on the base surface that has a high hardness after blasting the base surface by spraying a non-metal powder thereto by a cold spray method; and a method for producing a laminate. This laminate 1 is characterized by comprising a base 10 that is formed of a metal or alloy having a Vickers hardness of 120 HV or more and has recesses and projections in the surface and a coating film 11 that is formed on the surface of the base 10 and is formed of a metal or an alloy. This laminate 1 is also characterized in that the coating film 11 forms a metal bond with the base 10.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un stratifié présentant une excellente adhésion entre une base et un film de revêtement, qui est obtenu en formant le film de revêtement par un procédé de pulvérisation à froid sur la surface de base qui possède une dureté élevée après grenaillage de la surface de base par pulvérisation d'une poudre non métallique sur celle-ci par un procédé de pulvérisation à froid ; et un procédé de production d'un stratifié. Ce stratifié (1) est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une base (10) qui est formée d'un métal ou d'un alliage possédant une dureté Vickers de 120 HV ou plus et comporte des évidements et des saillies dans la surface et un film de revêtement (11) qui est formé sur la surface de la base (10) et est formé d'un métal ou d'un alliage. Ce stratifié (1) est également caractérisé en ce que le film de revêtement (11) forme une liaison métallique avec la base (10).
(JA) 硬度が高い基材表面に非金属粉末をコールドスプレー法により吹き付けて基材表面をブラストした後、コールドスプレー法により皮膜を形成することにより、基材と皮膜との密着性に優れる積層体および積層体の製造方法を提供する。積層体1は、ビッカース硬さが120HV以上の金属または合金からなり、表面に凹凸を有する基材10と、基材10表面に形成された金属または合金からなる皮膜11と、を備え、皮膜11は基材10と金属結合を形成することを特徴とする。
