Abstract:
(EN) Provided are an apparatus and method for cleaning an inkjet head, with which it is possible to greatly reduce the use of expensive cleaning members and contribute to low-cost product manufacturing, by enabling an inkjet head to be cleaned repeatedly numerous times using the same cleaning members. Specifically, an inkjet head cleaning apparatus 100a is provided with cleaning members 2 (2A, 2B) for cleaning inkjet heads 10A, 10B, a cleaning solution supply means 3 for supplying a cleaning solution to cleaning surfaces 21 of the cleaning members 2 prior to cleaning, a cleaning mechanism 4 which pushes together and then pulls apart the cleaning surfaces 21 (21A, 21B) of the cleaning members 2 and the inkjet heads 10A, 10B in order to clean nozzle surfaces 12A, 12B of the inkjet heads 10A, 10B, and a cleaning member restorative washing means 5 for restoring the cleaning members 2 by washing the cleaning surfaces 21 of the cleaning members 2 with a washing solution.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de nettoyage de tête à jet d'encre, avec lesquels il est possible de réduire considérablement l'utilisation d'éléments de nettoyage onéreux et de contribuer à la fabrication de produit à faible coût, en permettant à une tête à jet d'encre d'être nettoyée de manière répétée, plusieurs fois, à l'aide des mêmes éléments de nettoyage. En particulier, un appareil de nettoyage de tête à jet d'encre (100a) comprend des éléments de nettoyage (2) (2A, 2B) pour nettoyer des têtes à jet d'encre (10A, 10B), un moyen de fourniture de solution de nettoyage (3) pour fournir une solution de nettoyage sur des surfaces de nettoyage (21) des éléments de nettoyage (2) avant le nettoyage, un mécanisme de nettoyage (4) qui rassemble puis éloigne les surfaces de nettoyage (21) (21A, 21B) des éléments de nettoyage (2) et les têtes à jet d'encre (10A, 10B) pour nettoyer des surfaces de buse (12A, 12B) des têtes à jet d'encre (10A, 10B), et un moyen de lavage de restauration d'élément de nettoyage (5) pour restaurer les éléments de nettoyage (2) en lavant les surfaces de nettoyage (21) des éléments de nettoyage (2) au moyen d'une solution de lavage.
