Abstract:
(EN) This service line state determination device, which is to be mounted on an unmanned air vehicle that flies near a distribution line, is provided with: a photography unit that photographs the distribution line and generates an image of the distribution line; an extraction unit that extracts a service line image showing a service line connected to the distribution line from the image generated by the photography unit; a state determination unit that determines whether or not the service line extracted from the service line image has been officially installed based on the service line image extracted by the extraction unit and reference information on the service line; and a storage unit that stores a determination result determined by the state determination unit.
(FR) Ce dispositif de détermination d'état de branchement d'abonné, destiné à être monté sur un aéronef sans pilote qui vole à proximité d'une ligne de distribution, comporte : une unité de photographie qui photographie la ligne de distribution et génère une image de la ligne de distribution; une unité d'extraction qui extrait une image de branchement d'abonné montrant un branchement d'abonné connecté à la ligne de distribution à partir de l'image générée par l'unité de photographie; une unité de détermination d'état qui détermine si le branchement d'abonné extrait de l'image de branchement d'abonné a été ou non officiellement installé sur la base de l'image de branchement d'abonné extraite par l'unité d'extraction et d'informations de référence sur le branchement d'abonné; et une unité de mémoire qui mémorise un résultat de détermination déterminé par l'unité de détermination d'état.
(JA) 引込線状態判定装置は、配電線の近傍を飛行する無人飛行体に搭載される装置であって、前記配電線を撮像し、当該配電線の画像を生成する撮像部と、前記配電線に接続される引込線を示す引込線画像を前記撮像部が生成した前記画像から抽出する抽出部と、前記抽出部が抽出した前記引込線画像と、引込線の基準情報とに基づいて、前記引込線画像に抽出される引込線が正規に設置された引込線であるか否かを判定する状態判定部と、前記状態判定部が判定した判定結果を記憶する記憶部とを備える。
