Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of preventing engine start faults caused by moisture adhering to a control rack of a fuel injection pump and the moisture freezing. This fuel injection pump (1) installed in a diesel engine (30) is provided with: a control rack (20) which is disposed in a rack chamber (5) formed between a pump head (3) and a pump housing (2), and adjusts the fuel injection amount; a transmission shaft (49) rotatably supported in a transmission shaft hole (2C) formed in the pump housing (2); and a lubricant passage (2D) which is formed in the pump housing (2) and forcibly feeds a lubricant between the transmission shaft (49) and the transmission shaft hole (2C). An oil path (40), through which a portion of the lubricant forcibly fed through the lubricant passage (2D) passes, is formed in the transmission shaft (49), a first opening part (41A) of the oil path (40) communicates with the lubricant passage (2D), and a second opening part (42A) of the oil path (40) is formed on the outer peripheral surface of an upper portion of the transmission shaft (49) in the proximity of the control rack (20).
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de prévenir les défaillances de démarrage de moteur provoquées par l'humidité adhérant à une crémaillère d'une pompe d'injection de carburant et le gel de l'humidité. La solution de l'invention porte sur une pompe d'injection de carburant (1) installée dans un moteur diesel (30) comprenant : une crémaillère (20) placée dans une chambre de crémaillère (5) formée entre une tête de pompe (3) et un boîtier de pompe (2), et qui règle la quantité d'injection de carburant ; un arbre de transmission (49) monté rotatif dans un orifice d'arbre de transmission (2C) formé dans le boîtier de pompe (2) ; et un passage de lubrifiant (2D) qui est formé dans le boîtier de pompe (2) et contraint l'introduction d'un lubrifiant entre l'arbre de transmission (49) et l'orifice d'arbre de transmission (2C). Un trajet d'huile (40), à travers lequel l'introduction d'une partie du lubrifiant est contrainte à travers le passage de lubrifiant (2D), est formé dans l'arbre de transmission (49), une première partie d'ouverture (41A) du trajet d'huile (40) communiquant avec le passage de lubrifiant (2D), et une seconde partie d'ouverture (42A) du trajet d'huile (40) étant formée sur la surface périphérique externe d'une partie supérieure de l'arbre de transmission (49) à proximité de la crémaillère (20).
(JA) 燃料噴射ポンプのコントロールラックに水分が付着し、当該水分が凍結することによるエンジンの始動不良を防止することを課題とする。ディーゼルエンジン(30)に設けられる燃料噴射ポンプ(1)であって、ポンプヘッド(3)とポンプハウジング(2)との間に形成されるラック室(5)に配置され、燃料噴射量を調整するコントロールラック(20)と、ポンプハウジング(2)に形成される伝達軸孔(2C)に回転支持される伝達軸(49)と、ポンプハウジング(2)に形成され、伝達軸(49)と伝達軸孔(2C)との間に潤滑油を圧送する潤滑油通路(2D)と、を備え、伝達軸(49)には、潤滑油通路(2D)に圧送される潤滑油の一部が通過する油路(40)が形成され、油路(40)の第一開口部(41A)は、潤滑油通路(2D)と連通され、油路(40)の第二開口部(42A)は、コントロールラック(20)近傍の伝達軸(49)上部の外周面に形成される。
