Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, in manufacturing of a holographic optical element having diffraction efficiency peaks at a plurality of wavelengths, exposure recording of interference fringes is performed by radiating a plurality of wavelengths of laser light beams to a hologram photosensitive material. At this time, a plurality of wavelengths of laser light beams are radiated to one surface of the hologram photosensitive material, laser light beams transmitted through the hologram photosensitive material by this radiation are reflected and caused to be re-incident on the hologram photosensitive material, and the plurality of wavelengths of laser light beams re-incident on the hologram photosensitive material are radiated so that wave fronts thereof differ for each wavelength.
(FR) Dans la présente invention, lors de la fabrication d’un élément optique holographique ayant des pics d’efficacité de diffraction à une pluralité de longueurs d’onde, l’enregistrement d’exposition de franges d’interférence est effectué par projection d’une pluralité de longueurs d’onde de faisceaux de lumière laser sur un matériau photosensible pour hologramme. A ce moment-là, une pluralité de longueurs d’onde de faisceaux de lumière laser est projetée sur une surface du matériau photosensible pour hologramme, les faisceaux de lumière laser transmis à travers le matériau photosensible pour hologramme par cette projection sont réfléchis et amenés à nouveau en incidence sur le matériau photosensible pour hologramme, et la pluralité de longueurs d’onde des faisceaux de lumière laser amenés à nouveau en incidence sur le matériau photosensible pour hologramme est émise de telle façon que ses fronts d’onde soit différents pour chaque longueur d’onde.
(JA) 複数の波長に回折効率のピークを有するホログラフィック光学素子の製造において、ホログラム感光材料に対して複数の波長のレーザー光束を照射することにより干渉縞の露光記録を行う。その際、ホログラム感光材料の一方の表面に対して複数の波長のレーザー光束を照射するとともに、その照射によってホログラム感光材料を透過したレーザー光束を反射させてホログラム感光材料へ再入射させ、ホログラム感光材料へ再入射する複数の波長のレーザー光束を、その波面が波長ごとに相違するように照射する。
