Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing polypropylene-based resin foamed particles which are a material for an in-mold foam molded article which exhibits the inherent strength of the base resin even at a high expansion ratio. The method for producing polypropylene-based resin foamed particles according to the present invention is characterized in that initial-stage foamed particles of which the wrinkle shrinkage ratio is suppressed to not more than 5% are produced using polypropylene-based resin particles comprising a polypropylene-based resin composition mixed with a specific polyethylene-based resin.
(FR) L’invention fournit un procédé de fabrication de particules expansées de résine de polypropylène selon lequel un corps moulé par expansion dans une matrice faisant agir la force d’une résine matériau de base elle-même, y compris en cas de taux d’expansion élevé, sert de matière première. Le procédé de fabrication de particules expansées de résine de polypropylène de l’invention est caractéristique en ce que des particules expansées de premier niveau dont le taux de pli et rétrécissement est inférieur ou égal à 5%, sont fabriquées à l’aide de particules de résine de polypropylène auxquelles est mélangée une résine de polyéthylène spécifique.
(JA) 高発泡倍率においても基材樹脂本来の強度を活かせる型内発泡成形体の原料となる、ポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子の製造方法を提供する。本発明に係るポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子の製造方法は、特定のポリエチレン系樹脂を混合したポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物からなるポリプロピレン系樹脂粒子を用いて、皺収縮率を5%以下に抑制した一段発泡粒子を製造することを特徴とする。
