Abstract:
(EN) Provided is soft magnetic powder composed of a silicon-containing Fe alloy, wherein soft magnetic particles in the soft magnetic powder are provided with an SiO2 layer formed on the surfaces of the particles and a surface layer formed directly on the SiO2 layer, the surface layer is provided with a first material constituting a matrix and a second material dispersed in the matrix, the first material is silicon or phosphate, and the second material is the one, among the silicon and the phosphate, which is not the first material.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une poudre faiblement magnétique composée d'un alliage de Fe contenant du silicium, des particules faiblement magnétiques dans la poudre faiblement magnétique comportant une couche de SiO2 formée sur les surfaces des particules et une couche superficielle formée directement sur la couche de SiO2, la couche superficielle comprenant un premier matériau constituant une matrice et un second matériau dispersé dans la matrice, le premier matériau étant le silicium ou un phosphate, et le second matériau étant celui, parmi le silicium et le phosphate, qui n'est pas le premier matériau.
