Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing a hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer by reacting a conjugated diene polymer having active ends and a polyorganosiloxane having a total of two or more specific functional groups, at least one of the specific functional groups being selected from the group consisting of epoxy groups, alkoxy groups, carbonyl groups, 2-pyrrolidonyl groups, vinyl groups, and halogen atoms, and hydrogenating the modified conjugated diene polymer that is the product of the reaction. Provided are: a polymer composition including the resulting hydrogenated conjugated diene polymer, silica, and a crosslinking agent; a crosslinked polymer obtained by crosslinking the polymer composition; and a tire in which the crosslinked polymer is used as the material of at least a tread or side wall.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un polymère diène conjugué hydrogéné par réaction d'un polymère diène conjugué possédant des extrémités actives et d'un polyorganosiloxane ayant un total d'au moins deux groupes fonctionnels spécifiques, au moins l'un des groupes fonctionnels spécifiques étant choisi parmi le groupe constitué des groupes époxy, des groupes alcoxy, des groupes carbonyle, des groupes 2-pyrrolidonyle, des groupes vinyliques, et des atomes d'halogène, et par hydrogénation du polymère diène conjugué modifié qui est le produit de la réaction. L'invention concerne : une composition polymère comprenant le polymère diène conjugué hydrogéné résultant, de la silice et un agent de réticulation; un polymère réticulé obtenu par réticulation de la composition polymère; et un pneu dans lequel le polymère réticulé est utilisé en tant que matériau d'au moins une bande de roulement ou paroi latérale.
