Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to enable precise calculation of the distance to a moving object that is detected in a monocular area (212, 222) even in the case where the road height varies between an overlapping area (240) and the monocular area (212, 222). According to the present invention, provided are: a parallax-information obtaining unit that obtains parallax information about an overlapping area (240) of a plurality of images captured by a plurality of cameras installed in a vehicle; and an object-distance calculating unit that calculates the distance between an object detected in a non-overlapping area and the vehicle, the non-overlapping area being an area other than the overlapping area in the images, on the basis of parallax information obtained from the overlapping area in the past.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet de permettre un calcul précis de la distance par rapport à un objet en mouvement détecté dans une zone monoculaire (212, 222), même dans le cas où la hauteur de la route varie entre une zone de chevauchement (240) et la zone monoculaire (212, 222). L'invention concerne une unité d'obtention d'informations de parallaxe qui obtient des informations de parallaxe concernant une zone de chevauchement (240) d'une pluralité d'images capturées par une pluralité de caméras installées dans un véhicule; et une unité de calcul de la distance d'un objet, qui calcule la distance entre un objet détecté dans une zone de non chevauchement et le véhicule, la zone de non chevauchement étant une zone autre que la zone de chevauchement dans les images, selon les informations de parallaxe obtenues antérieurement de la zone de chevauchement.
(JA) 本発明は、重複領域(240)と単眼領域(212,222)の路面の高さが異なる場合でも、単眼領域(212,222)で検出される移動体の距離を高い精度で算出することができることを目的とする。本発明は、車両に搭載された複数のカメラで撮影した複数の画像の重複領域(240)の視差情報を取得する視差情報取得部と、前記重複領域で過去に取得された視差情報に基づいて、前記各画像中の前記重複領域以外の非重複領域で検出される物体と前記車両との距離を算出する物体距離算出部と、を備える。
