Abstract:
(EN) The present invention produces an eight-membered oxygen ring zeolite efficiently at low cost using an organic structure directing agent that is cheap and is industrially easily available without using expensive annular quaternary ammonium salt as the organic structure directing agent. The present invention is a method for producing the eight-membered oxygen ring zeolite by: mixing an aluminum atomic source material, a silicon atomic source material, an alkali metal atomic source material, an organic structure directing agent, and water; and performing hydrothermal synthesis to the obtained source material mixture. The method uses: as the aluminum atomic material, at least an aluminosilicate zeolite which includes in the framework thereof d6r which IZA defines as a composite building unit and which has a Framework density of 15T/1000Å3 or less; as the silicon atomic source material, at least the aluminosilicate zeolite and a silicon atomic source material other than this;and as the organic structure directing agent, at least quaternary ammonium salt having 5 to 11 carbon atoms per molecule.
(FR) La présente invention produit une zéolithe cyclique oxygénée à huit chaînons, de manière efficace, à faible coût, à l'aide d'un agent d'orientation de structure organique qui est peu coûteux et facilement disponible d'un point de vue industriel, sans utiliser de sel d'ammonium quaternaire annulaire coûteux en tant qu'agent d'orientation de structure organique. La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de la zéolithe cyclique oxygénée à huit chaînons par : mélange d'un matériau source d'atomes d'aluminium, d'un matériau source d'atomes de silicium, d'un matériau source d'atomes de métal alcalin, d'un agent d'orientation de structure organique et d'eau; et la réalisation d'une synthèse hydrothermale pour obtenir le mélange de matériaux sources. Le procédé utilise : comme matériau d'atomes d'aluminium, au moins une zéolithe d'aluminosilicate qui comprend, dans la structure correspondante, d6r qu'IZA définit comme unité de construction composite et qui présente une densité de structure de 15T/1000 Å3 ou moins; comme matériau source d'atomes de silicium, au moins la zéolithe d'aluminosilicate et un matériau source d'atomes de silicium autre que celle-ci; et en tant qu'agent d'orientation de structure organique, au moins un sel d'ammonium quaternaire comprenant 5 à 11 atomes de carbone par molécule.
(JA) 有機構造規定剤として高価な環状の4級アンモニウム塩を使用することなく、廉価で工業的に入手し易い有機構造規定剤を用いて、酸素8員環ゼオライトを低コストで効率的に製造する。アルミニウム原子原料、ケイ素原子原料、アルカリ金属原子原料、有機構造規定剤、及び水を混合し、得られた原料混合物を水熱合成して酸素8員環ゼオライトを製造する方法において、アルミニウム原子材料として少なくとも、IZAがcomposite building unitとして定めるd6rを骨格中に含み、かつFramework densityが15T/1000Å以下のアルミノシリケートゼオライトを用い、該ケイ素原子原料として、少なくとも、該アルミノシリケートゼオライトと、これ以外のケイ素原子原料を用い、該有機構造規定剤として、少なくとも、1分子中に炭素原子を5~11個有する4級アンモニウム塩を用いる。
