Abstract:
(EN) An anisotropic conductive film (1A) having a conductive particle dispersed layer (4), in which conductive particles (3) are dispersed in an insulating adhesive (2) in a prescribed dispersed state, is provided with a defective portion presentation means (mark Q) for presenting positional information about a defective portion (P) of the conductive particles (3) in the dispersed state. In a method for sticking the anisotropic conductive film (1A) to an electronic component (100), a nondefective portion of the anisotropic conductive film (1A) is stuck to an area where a terminal or a terminal row is present in the electronic component to be connected in an anisotropically conductive manner, on the basis of the positional information about the defective portion (P) obtained from the defective portion presentation means (mark Q).
(FR) Film conducteur anisotrope (1A) comprenant une couche (4) à particules conductrices dispersées, dans laquelle des particules conductrices (3) sont dispersées dans un adhésif isolant (2) dans un état dispersé prescrit, qui est doté d'un moyen de présentation de partie défectueuse (repère Q) servant à présenter des informations de position concernant une partie défectueuse (P) des particules conductrices (3) dans l'état dispersé. Dans un procédé de collage du film conducteur anisotrope (1A) à un composant électronique (100), une partie non défectueuse du film conducteur anisotrope (1A) est collée à une zone où une borne ou une rangée de bornes est présente dans le composant électronique pour être connectée avec une anisotropie de conduction, sur la base des informations de position concernant la partie défectueuse (P) obtenues à partir du moyen de présentation de partie défectueuse (repère Q).
(JA) 絶縁接着剤(2)に導電粒子(3)が所定の分散状態で分散した導電粒子分散層(4)を有する異方性導電フィルム(1A)は、導電粒子(3)の分散状態の不良箇所(P)の位置情報を提示する不良箇所提示手段(マークQ)を備えている。この異方性導電フィルム(1A)と電子部品(100)を貼着する貼着方法では、不良箇所提示手段(マークQ)から取得した不良箇所(P)の位置情報に基づき、異方性導電フィルム(1A)の非不良箇所を、異方性導電 接続する電子部品の端子又は端子列の存在領域に貼着する。
