Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing a catalyst for polymerization of olefins in which exceptional catalytic activity is exhibited during polymerization and with which it is possible to produce a polymer having exceptional stereoregularity, melt flowability, and other such properties even when the polymerization catalyst is prepared in an inert-gas atmosphere in cases when a solid catalyst component including an electron-donating compound other than a phthalic acid ester is used. A method for producing a catalyst for polymerization of olefins, characterized in that a solid catalyst component (A) including magnesium atoms, titanium atoms, halogen atoms, and electron-donating compounds free of phthalic acid ester structures, a specific organic aluminum compound (B), and an external electron-donating compound (C) are subjected to preliminary contact treatment by contact for 30 minutes or less at a temperature of less than 15°C with no olefins present.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un catalyseur servant à la polymérisation d'oléfines qui présente une exceptionnelle activité catalytique pendant la polymérisation et qui permet de produire un polymère présentant une exceptionnelle stéréorégularité, fluidité à l'état fondu, ainsi que d'autres propriétés, même lorsque le catalyseur de polymérisation est préparé dans une atmosphère de gaz inerte dans les cas où un constituant catalyseur solide comprenant un composé donneur d'électrons autre qu'un ester d'acide phtalique est utilisé. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'un catalyseur pour la polymérisation d'oléfines, caractérisé en ce qu'un constituant catalyseur solide (A) comprenant des atomes de magnésium, des atomes de titane, des atomes d'halogène et des composés donneurs d'électrons exempts de structures ester d'acide phtalique, un composé aluminium organique spécifique (B), et un composé donneur d'électrons externe (C) sont soumis à un traitement de contact préliminaire par contact pendant 30 minutes ou moins, à une température inférieure à 15 °C sans présence d'oléfines.
(JA) フタル酸エステル以外の電子供与性化合物を含む固体触媒成分を用いる場合において、不活性ガス雰囲気中で重合触媒を調製した場合であっても、重合処理時に優れた触媒活性を示し、立体規則性、溶融流れ性等に優れる重合体を製造し得るオレフィン類重合用触媒の製造方法を提供する。 マグネシウム原子、チタン原子、ハロゲン原子およびフタル酸エステル構造を有さない電子供与性化合物を含む固体触媒成分(A)、特定の有機アルミニウム化合物 (B)および外部電子供与性化合物(C)を、オレフィン類の非存在下、15℃未満の温度で30分間以下の時間接触させる予備接触処理を施すことを特徴とするオレフィン類重合用触媒の製造方法である。
