Abstract:
(EN) A liquid blow molding method for molding a liquid-containing container (60) that contains a liquid content (L) from a bottomed cylindrical preform (2), which is characterized by comprising: a filling step wherein a first pressurization source (32) is filled with a first liquid (L1) and a second pressurization source (35) is filled with a second liquid (L2); and a molding step wherein the preform (2) is liquid blow molded by simultaneously actuating the first pressurization source (32) and the second pressurization source (35), and then simultaneously supplying the first liquid (L1), which has been pressurized to a predetermined pressure by the first pressurization source (32), and the second liquid (L2), which has been pressurized to a predetermined pressure by the second pressurization source (35), into the preform (2).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de moulage par soufflage de liquide destiné à mouler un récipient pour liquide (60) qui contient un contenu liquide (L) à partir d'une préforme cylindrique à fond (2), qui comprend les étapes suivantes : une étape de remplissage dans laquelle une première source de mise sous pression (32) est remplie avec un premier liquide (L1) et une seconde source de mise sous pression (35) est remplie avec un second liquide (L2) ; et une étape de moulage dans laquelle la préforme (2) est moulée par soufflage de liquide en actionnant simultanément la première source de mise sous pression (32) et la seconde source de mise sous pression (35), puis en introduisant simultanément dans la préforme (2) le premier liquide (L1), qui a été mis sous pression à une pression prédéterminée par la première source de mise sous pression (32), et le second liquide (L2), qui a été mis sous pression à une pression prédéterminée par la seconde source de mise sous pression (35).
(JA) 有底筒状のプリフォーム(2)から内容液(L)を収容した液体入り容器(60)を成形する液体ブロー成形方法であって、第1加圧源(32)に第1液(L1)を充填するとともに第2加圧源(35)に第2液(L2)を充填する充填工程と、第1加圧源(32)と第2加圧源(35)とを同時に作動させ、第1加圧源(32)により所定圧力にまで加圧された第1液(L1)と第2加圧源(35)により所定圧力にまで加圧された第2液(L2)とをプリフォーム(2)に同時に供給して該プリフォーム(2)を液体ブロー成形する成形工程と、を有することを特徴とする液体ブロー成形方法。
