Abstract:
(EN) A communication quality measurement device for receiving a communication packet from a communication relay device in the present embodiment and measuring the quality of reception of a moving image by the terminal of a communication user viewing a moving image, the communication quality measurement device having: a reception unit for receiving a communication packet; a communication rate measurement unit for measuring the communication rate of a communication packet; a server information management unit for storing in advance the network address of a server providing a service utilized by the communication user and the bit rate information of the service; and a communication break detection unit for comparing the communication rate of the communication packet and the bit rate information and determining whether or not the terminal is observing a break in the moving image.
(FR) Conformément à un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de qualité de communication pour recevoir un paquet de communication à partir d’un dispositif de relais de communication et mesurer la qualité de réception d’une image mobile par le terminal d’un utilisateur de communication visualisant une image mobile, le dispositif de mesure de qualité de communication ayant : une unité de réception pour recevoir un paquet de communication ; une unité de mesure de débit de communication pour mesurer le débit de communication d’un paquet de communication ; une unité de gestion d’informations de serveur pour stocker à l’avance l’adresse de réseau d’un serveur fournissant un service utilisé par l’utilisateur de communication et les informations de débit binaire du service ; et une unité de détection de coupure de communication pour comparer le débit de communication du paquet de communication et les informations de débit binaire et déterminer si le terminal observe ou non une coupure dans l’image mobile.
(JA) 本実施例における通信中継装置から通信パケットを受信し、動画を視聴する通信利用者の端末による動画受信品質を測定する通信品質測定装置は、通信パケットを受信する受信部と、通信パケットの通信速度を計測する通信速度計測部と、通信利用者によって利用されるサービスを提供するサーバのネットワーク上のアドレスと、サービスのビットレート情報とを予め記憶するサーバ情報管理部と、通信パケットの通信速度と、ビットレート情報とを比較して、前記端末が動画の途切れを観測しているか否かを判定する通信途切れ検出部と、を有する。
