Abstract:
(EN) An encoder (1) that is a magnetic sensor is provided with a permanent magnet (21) attached to the end face of a shaft and a sensor (32) that faces the permanent magnet (21) and detects magnetic flux (21MFO) emitted from the permanent magnet (21), and the permanent magnet (21) and sensor (32) are provided so as to be capable of relative rotation around the shaft center (P) of the shaft. The magnetic flux (21MFO) discharged from an outer edge portion (21O) of the permanent magnet (21), which includes the outer peripheral face (26), is oriented such that the magnetic flux (21MFO) gradually approaches the central portion (21C) as the magnetic flux (21MFO) becomes closer to the sensor (32), more so than the magnetic flux (21MFO) discharged from the central portion (21 C) of the permanent magnet (21).
(FR) L'invention concerne un codeur (1) qui est un capteur magnétique et qui est pourvu d'un aimant permanent (21) fixé à la face d'extrémité d'un arbre et d'un capteur (32) qui fait face à l'aimant permanent (21) et qui détecte un flux magnétique (21MFO) émis par l'aimant permanent (21), l'aimant permanent (21) et le capteur (32) étant disposés de façon à pouvoir effectuer une rotation relative autour du centre d'arbre (P) de l'arbre. Le flux magnétique (21MFO) évacué d'une partie de bord externe (21O) de l'aimant permanent (21), qui comprend la face périphérique externe (26), est orienté de sorte que le flux magnétique (21MFO) s'approche progressivement de la partie centrale (21C) à mesure que le flux magnétique (21MFO) se rapproche du capteur (32), davantage que le flux magnétique (21MFO) évacué de la partie centrale (21C) de l'aimant permanent (21).
(JA) 磁気センサであるエンコーダ(1)は、シャフトの端面に取り付けられた永久磁石(21)と、永久磁石(21)と対向しかつ永久磁石(21)から放出される磁束(21MFO)を検出するセンサ(32)とを備え、シャフトの軸心(P)を中心として永久磁石(21)とセンサ(32)とが相対的に回転自在に設けられている。永久磁石(21)の外周面(26)を含む外縁部(21O)から放出される磁束(21MFO)は、永久磁石(21)の中央部(21C)から放出される磁束(21MFO)よりもセンサ(32)に近付くにしたがって徐々に中央部(21C)に近付く方向である。
