Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a rotor having high productivity and reliability and a stable structure; a motor; an air conditioning device; and a rotor manufacturing method. The present invention comprises: a shaft; an inner core into which the shaft is inserted; an outer core which is provided at the radial outer side of the inner core and in which a plurality of split cores, each consisting of a plurality of laminated thin plate materials, are connected in an annular fashion; and a resin connecting member that connects the inner core and the outer core, and that covers both end surfaces in the shaft axial direction of the outer core. In the outer core, radially outer portions between the split cores are fit closely to each other.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un rotor ayant une productivité et une fiabilité élevées et une structure stable ; un moteur ; un dispositif de climatisation ; et un procédé de fabrication de rotor. La présente invention comprend : un arbre ; un noyau interne dans lequel l'arbre est inséré ; un noyau externe qui est disposé du côté radialement extérieur du noyau interne et dans lequel une pluralité de noyaux divisés, constitués chacun d'une pluralité de matériaux en plaque mince stratifiés, sont reliés en anneau ; et un élément de liaison en résine qui relie le noyau interne et le noyau externe, et qui recouvre les surfaces des deux extrémités, dans la direction axiale de l'arbre, du noyau externe. Dans le noyau externe, des parties radialement extérieures entre les noyaux divisés sont ajustées étroitement l'une à l'autre.
