Abstract:
(EN) This inverter device is provided with: a rectifier 2 that converts a power supply voltage supplied from an alternating current power supply 1 into a direct current voltage; a second conversion circuit that converts the direct current voltage supplied from the rectifier 2 into an alternating current voltage; and a control circuit that controls the second conversion circuit. The second conversion circuit has a plurality of pairs of switching circuits, each having two switching elements connected in series. The plurality of pairs of switching circuits are configured by being connected in parallel, and current detection circuits are provided to the switching elements, respectively. An open failure of the switching elements is detected using detection results obtained from the current detection circuits, and an operation current is limited or stopped in accordance with the number of failed switching elements.
(FR) Ce dispositif d'onduleur comprend : un redresseur 2 qui convertit une tension d'alimentation fournie par une alimentation électrique en courant alternatif 1 en une tension continue ; un second circuit de conversion qui convertit la tension continue fournie par le redresseur 2 en une tension alternative ; et un circuit de commande qui commande le second circuit de conversion. Le second circuit de conversion comporte une pluralité de paires de circuits de commutation, ayant chacun deux éléments de commutation connectés en série. La pluralité de paires de circuits de commutation sont configurées de sorte à être connectées en parallèle, et des circuits de détection de courant sont fournis aux éléments de commutation, respectivement. Un défaut d'ouverture des éléments de commutation est détecté à l'aide des résultats de détection obtenus par les circuits de détection de courant, et un courant de fonctionnement est limité ou stoppé en fonction du nombre d'éléments de commutation défaillants.
(JA) 本発明に係るインバータ装置は、交流電源1からの電源電圧を直流電圧に変換する整流器2、整流器2からの直流電圧を交流電圧に変換する第2の変換回路および第2の変換回路を制御する制御回路を備える。第2の変換回路は2つのスイッチング素子が直列に接続されたスイッチング回路を複数組有する。複数組のスイッチング回路は、並列に接続されて構成され、かつスイッチング素子のそれぞれには電流検出回路が設けられる。電流検出回路の検出結果を用いて、スイッチング素子のオープン故障が検出され、故障したスイッチング素子数によって運転電流の制限または停止が行われる。
