Abstract:
(EN) In multicolor CARS, a fingerprint region is a region densely filled with signals, and information about intensities or spatial distribution of the signals is important for cell analysis. However, when laser power is increased due to the low signal intensities, cells are damaged. Thus, the present invention is configured such that the number of pulses of laser light emitted from a short-pulse laser light source is changed by a pulse modulator 120. Accordingly, damage to the cells can be suppressed without significant decrease in the signal intensities.
(FR) Selon l'invention, en diffusion Raman anti-Stokes cohérente (CARS) multicolore, une région d'empreinte est une région densément remplie de signaux, et des informations sur les intensités ou la distribution spatiale des signaux sont importantes pour une analyse cellulaire. Cependant, lorsque la puissance laser est accrue en raison des faibles intensités de signal, des cellules sont endommagées. Ainsi, la présente invention est conçue de telle sorte que le nombre d'impulsions de lumière laser émises par une source de lumière laser à impulsions courtes est modifié par un modulateur d'impulsions (120). En conséquence, la détérioration des cellules peut être supprimée sans diminution significative des intensités de signal.
(JA) 多色CARSにおいて指紋領域は信号が密集している領域であり、これら信号の強度や空間分布の情報は細胞解析にとって重要であるが、信号強度が低いためレーザのパワーを増加させると細胞へダメージを与えるという課題があった。そこで、パルス変調器120によって短パルスレーザ光源から出射されたレーザ光のパルス数を変化させる構成とした。これにより信号強度を大幅に低下させず細胞へのダメージを抑制することを可能とした。
