Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a continuously variable camshaft phase drive device which can be made compact more easily. The device is equipped with: one pair of bevel gears 11, 12 disposed between a camshaft drive gear 4 and a camshaft 5; a connecting shaft 3 penetrating through center circular holes 11a, 12a of the bevel gears 11, 12 and connecting the camshaft drive gear 4 with the camshaft 5 by means of a helical spline coupling; a bevel pinion 13 engaged between the bevel gears 11, 12; and bevel gear electromagnetic brakes 16, 17 for reducing the rotating speed of the bevel gears 11, 12. A right female thread 11b is formed in a center circular hole 11a, a left female thread 12b is formed in a center circular hole 12a, and a right male thread 23 to be engaged with the right female thread 11b of the first bevel gear 11 and a left male thread 24 to be engaged with the left female thread 12b of the second bevel gear 12 are formed on the outer periphery of the connecting shaft 3, wherein the right male thread 23 and the left male thread 24 are formed in an overlapped manner at a part of the connecting shaft 3 which can be positioned between the bevel gears 11, 12.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'entraînement de phase d'arbre à cames à variation continue qui peut plus facilement être rendu compact. Le dispositif comprend : une paire d'engrenages coniques (11, 12) agencés entre un engrenage d'entraînement d'arbre à cames (4) et un arbre à cames (5) ; un arbre de liaison (3) qui passe dans les trous centraux circulaires (11a, 12a) des engrenages coniques (11, 12) et qui relie l'engrenage d'entraînement d'arbre à cames (4) à l'arbre à cames (5) au moyen d'un couplage à cannelure hélicoïdale ; un pignon conique (13) en prise entre les engrenages coniques (11, 12) ; et des freins électromagnétiques des engrenages coniques (16, 17) conçus pour réduire la vitesse de rotation des engrenages coniques (11, 12). Un filet femelle droit (11b) est formé dans un trou central circulaire (11a). Un filet femelle gauche (12b) est formé dans un trou central circulaire (12a). Un filet mâle droit (23) à mettre en prise avec le filet femelle droit (11b) du premier engrenage conique (11) et un filet mâle gauche (24) à mettre en prise avec le filet femelle gauche (12b) du second engrenage conique (12) sont formés sur la périphérie extérieure de l'arbre de liaison (3). Le filet mâle droit (23) et le filet mâle gauche (24) sont formés de manière à se chevaucher au niveau d'une partie de l'arbre de liaison (3) qui peut être positionnée entre les engrenages coniques (11, 12).
(JA) コンパクト化を図り易いカム軸位相連続可変駆動装置を提供する。 カム軸駆動ギア4とカム軸5との間に配置された一対のベベルギア11,12と、ベベルギア11,12の中央円孔11a,12aを貫通し、カム軸駆動ギア4とカム軸5とをヘリカルスプライン結合により連結させる連結軸3と、ベベルギア11,12の間に噛合されるベベルピニオン13と、ベベルギア11,12の回転を減速させるベベルギア用電磁ブレーキ16,17と、を備え、中央円孔11a内には右雌ねじ11bを形成し、中央円孔12a内には左雌ねじ12bを形成し、連結軸3の外周には、第1ベベルギア11の右雌ねじ11bに螺合する右雄ねじ23と、第2ベベルギア12の左雌ねじ12bに螺合する左雄ねじ24とを形成し、連結軸3のうちベベルギア11,12同士の間に位置し得る箇所には、右雄ねじ23と左雄ねじ24とを重畳して形成した。
