Abstract
(EN) A paper-like nanocomposite material capable of being used as capillary-porous elements of evaporative air-cooling installations. Glass and/or basalt fibers having a mean diameter of 0.4 microns are used as the mineral fiber. Said fibers are hydrophilic yet do not swell, and have a large specific surface area. A binding agent consists of a set ratio of sodium aluminate (NaAlO2) and aluminum sulfate Al2(SO4)3. The material is made on traditional paper-manufacturing equipment by the pouring of a set ratio of the above ingredients. The technical result consists in producing a paper-like nanocomposite material having good characteristics for height and rising time of water, moisture retention capacity and strength. The material is also characterized in thermal, chemical and biological stability, in being nontoxic and not emitting into the air substances which are harmful to the human body, and in the resistance of said characteristics to the effects of mold, fungi and microorganisms in an aqueous medium.
(FR) Le matériau nanocomposite de type papier à base de fibres minérales peut être utilisé en tant qu'éléments capillaires et poreux destinés aux installations de refroidissement d'air de type à évaporation. On utilise en tant que fibres minérales des fibres de verre et/ou de basalte avec un diamètre moyen de 0,4 micromètres. Ces fibres sont hydrophiles mais ne gonflent pas et possèdent une grande surface spécifique. On utilise en tant que liant de l'aluminate de sodium NaAlO2 et du sulfate d'aluminium Al2(SO4)3 dans un rapport prédéterminé. Le matériau est fabriqué sur un équipement traditionnel de production de papier par procédé de coulée avec un rapport prédéterminé des composants mentionnés plus haut. Le résultat technique consiste à obtenir un matériau nanocomposite de type papier possédant de bonnes qualités en termes de hauteur et de temps de montée de l'eau, de teneur en liquide et de résistance mécanique. Le matériau est aussi caractérisé par une résistance thermique, chimique et biologique, par l'absence de toxicité et d'émanations dans l'air qui ont un effet nocif sur l'humain, par la résistance de ses propriétés à l'effet des moisissures, des champignons et de micro-organismes dans un milieu aqueux.
(RU) Бумагоподобный нанокомпозиционный материал может быть использован в качестве капиллярно-пористых элементов установок охлаждения воздуха испарительного типа. В качестве минеральных волокон используют стеклянные и/или базальтовые волокна со средним диаметром 0,4 мкм. Данные волокна гидрофильны, при этом не набухают, обладают большой удельной поверхностью. В качестве связующего используют алюминат натрия NaAlO2 и сульфат алюминия Al2(SO4)3 при заданном соотношении. Материал изготовлен на традиционном бумагоделательном оборудовании методом отлива при заданном соотношении вышеуказанных компонентов. Техническим результатом является получение бумагоподобного нанокомпозиционного материала, обладающего высокими характеристиками по высоте и времени подъема воды, влагоемкости и прочности. Материал характеризуется также термо-, хемо-, биостойкостью, отсутствием токсичности и выделений в воздух веществ, вредно воздействующих на организм человека, устойчивостью свойств от действия плесени, грибков и микроорганизмов в водной среде.
