Abstract
(EN) A Smoke removing light sintering apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a light output unit for sintering electrically conductive ink printed on a substrate by means of irradiating light on the substrate on which the electrically conductive ink is printed; and a smoke removing unit provided on one side, corresponding to the light output unit, and for removing the smoke generated during sintering of the electrically conductive ink printed on the substrate.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de frittage par lumière à élimination de fumée, qui comprend : une unité d'émission de lumière pour fritter une encre électroconductrice imprimée sur un substrat au moyen de la projection de lumière sur le substrat sur lequel l'encre électroconductrice est imprimée; et une unité d'élimination de fumée disposée sur un côté, correspondant à l'unité d'émission de lumière, et servant à éliminer la fumée générée pendant le frittage de l'encre électroconductrice imprimée sur le substrat.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 연기제거 광 소결장치는 전기 전도성 잉크가 인쇄된 기판에 광을 조사하여 상기 기판에 인쇄된 상기 전기 전도성 잉크를 소결하는 광 출력부 및 상기 광 출력부와 대응되는 일측에 구비되어 상기 기판에 인쇄된 상기 전기 전도성 잉크를 소결 시 발생하는 연기를 제거하는 연기 제거부를 포함한다.
