Abstract
(EN) Provided is a method for producing a polyethylene glycol having a terminal carboxy group without using an expensive reagent or a highly toxic heavy-metal compound and while suppressing an increase in polydispersity. This method for producing a polyethylene glycol having a terminal carboxy group includes oxidizing, by using with potassium peroxymonosulfate, a polyethylene glycol represented by formula (I): CH3O(CH2CH2O)n(CH2)m-CHO at 5-40°C in water of which the pH is adjusted to 6-8 using at least one selected from the group consisting of carbonates, phosphates, citrates, and acetates, to produce a polyethylene glycol represented by formula (II): CH3O(CH2CH2O)n(CH2)m-COOH, wherein n represents a number of 10-1100, and m is 2 or 3.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un polyéthylène glycol présentant un groupe carboxy terminal sans utiliser de réactif coûteux ni de composé de métal lourd hautement toxique et tout en supprimant une augmentation de la polydispersité. Ce procédé de production d'un polyéthylèneglycol présentant un groupe carboxy terminal consiste à oxyder, au moyen de peroxymonosulfate de potassium, un polyéthylèneglycol représenté par la formule (I) : CH3O(CH2CH2O)n(CH2)m-CHO à 5-40°C dans de l'eau dont le pH est ajusté à 6-8 à l'aide d'au moins l'un choisi dans le groupe constitué par les carbonates, les phosphates, les citrates et les acétates, afin de produire un polyéthylèneglycol représenté par la formule (II) : CH3O(CH2CH2O)n(CH2)m-COOH, dans laquelle n représente un nombre de 10-1100 et m vaut 2 ou 3.
(JA) 高価な試薬や毒性の高い重金属化合物を使用せず、且つ多分散度の増大を抑制することができる末端カルボキシ基を有するポリエチレングリコールの製造方法を提供する。炭酸塩、リン酸塩、クエン酸塩および酢酸塩からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一つでpHを6~8に調整した水中で、式(I):CHO(CHCHO)(CH-CHOで表されるポリエチレングリコールを、5~40℃で、ペルオキシ一硫酸カリウムで酸化することによって、式(II):CHO(CHCHO)(CH-COOHで表されるポリエチレングリコールを製造することを含む、末端カルボキシ基を有するポリエチレングリコールの製造方法(前記式中、nは10~1100の数であり、mは2または3である。)。
