A camshaft drive device is provided with: a chain wound around a cam sprocket; a guide lever 31 for guiding the chain; a chain chamber 16 provided in a cylinder head 2, the chain chamber 16 being defined by a front wall 21 and a rear wall 22; a support bolt 41 for turnably supporting the guide lever, the support bolt 41 having a head section 45, a male threaded section 46, and a shaft section 47 that is inserted into a support hole 42 of the guide lever so as to be able to turn and slide; an insertion hole 43 provided in the front wall, the support bolt being inserted in the insertion hole 43; and a female threaded hole 44 provided in the rear wall, the male threaded section being screwed into the female threaded hole 44. The length from the rear end of the shaft section to the front end is greater than the axial length from the front end of the support hole to the front end of the insertion hole when the guide lever is contacting the rear wall.

Le dispositif d’entraînement d’arbre à cames de l’invention est équipé : d’une chaîne enroulée sur une roue dentée de came ; d’un levier de guidage (31) guidant la chaîne ; d’une chambre de chaîne (16) qui est agencée sur une culasse (2), et qui est définie par une paroi avant (21) et une paroi arrière (22) ; d’un boulon de support (41) qui supporte de manière à autoriser sa rotation le levier de guidage (31), et qui possède une partie tête (45), une partie vis mâle (46) et une partie axe (47) insérée de manière à autoriser la rotation et le coulissement du levier de guidage (31) dans un orifice de support (42) ; d’un orifice d’insertion (43) qui est agencé dans la paroi avant (21), et dans lequel est inséré le boulon de support (41) ; et d’un orifice de vis femelle (44) qui est agencé dans la paroi arrière (22), et sur lequel est vissée la partie vis mâle (46). La longueur d’une extrémité arrière à une extrémité avant de la partie axe (47) est plus longue qu’une distance dans la direction axiale de l’extrémité avant de l’orifice de support (42) à l’extrémité avant de l’orifice d’insertion (43) dans un état de contact du levier de guidage (31) avec la paroi arrière (22).
