Abstract
(EN) A respiration estimating device comprises: an R-wave amplitude detection unit (5) that detects the amplitude of an R-wave from the cardiac potential waveform of a subject; an R-R interval detection unit (6) that detects an R-R interval that is the interval between an R-wave and the previous R-wave from the cardiac potential waveform; an acceleration and displacement detection unit (7) that detects the angular displacement of an acceleration vector from a tri-axial acceleration signal due to respiration movement of the subject; a Fourier transform unit (10) that performs a Fourier transform on a time series signal for each of the R-wave amplitude, the R-R interval, and the angular displacement and that finds a frequency spectrum for each of the R-wave amplitude, the R-R interval, and the angular displacement; and a signal selection unit (11) that extracts, from each of the frequency spectrum for the R-wave amplitude, the frequency spectrum for the R-R interval, and the frequency spectrum for the angular displacement, a frequency that is a candidate for the respiration frequency of the subject, and that selects the best data from among these as the respiration frequency of the subject.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'évaluation de la respiration comprenant : une unité de détection de l'amplitude des ondes R (5) qui détecte l'amplitude d'une onde R à partir de la forme d'onde du potentiel d'action cardiaque d'un sujet; une unité de détection des intervalles R-R (6) qui détecte un intervalle R-R, qui est l'intervalle entre une onde R et l'onde R précédente, à partir de la forme d'onde du potentiel d'action cardiaque; une unité de détection du déplacement et de l'accélération (7) qui détecte le déplacement angulaire d'un vecteur d'accélération à partir d'un signal d'accélération triaxiale associé au mouvement respiratoire du sujet; une unité de transformation de Fourier (10) qui met en œuvre une transformation de Fourier sur un signal de série chronologique pour chaque amplitude de l'onde R, chaque intervalle R-R et chaque déplacement angulaire et qui détermine un spectre de fréquences pour chaque amplitude d'onde R, chaque intervalle R-R et chaque déplacement angulaire; et une unité de sélection de signal (11) qui extrait, à partir de chaque spectre de fréquences pour l'amplitude de l'onde R, chaque spectre de fréquences pour l'intervalle R-R et chaque spectre de fréquences pour le déplacement angulaire, une fréquence qui constitue la fréquence respiratoire potentielle du sujet, et qui sélectionne les meilleures données parmi ces fréquences en tant que fréquence respiratoire du sujet.
