Method including receiving a teleoperation message via a communication link from an autonomous driverless vehicle, detecting data specifying an event associated with the autonomous vehicle like the degradation of a sensor, identifying one or more courses of action to perform responsive to the event, simulating the courses of action to calculate simulated values and generating visualization data to present information associated with the event to a display of a teleoperator computing device to allow selection of a desired course of action.

L'invention concerne un procédé comprenant la réception d'un message de téléopération par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison de communication d'un véhicule autonome sans conducteur, la détection de données spécifiant un événement associé au véhicule autonome tel que la dégradation d'un capteur, l'identification d'un ou de plusieurs plans d'action pour réagir à l'événement, la simulation de plans d'action pour calculer des valeurs simulées et la génération de données de visualisation pour présenter des informations associées à l'événement à l'écran d'un dispositif informatique de téléopérateur afin de permettre la sélection d'un plan d'action souhaité.
