Abstract
(EN) A method for producing pancreatic endocrine cells, said method comprising an introduction step in which any of the following genes or gene products are introduced into somatic cells: (A) a mutant GLIS1 gene or gene product thereof having at least 85% sequence identity with the nucleic acid sequence represented by SEQ. ID No. 1 or 2, a Neurogenin-3 gene or gene product thereof, a Pdx1 gene or gene product thereof, and a MafA gene or gene product thereof; (B) a mutant GLIS1 gene or gene product thereof having at least 85% sequence identity with the nucleic acid sequence represented by SEQ. ID No. 1 or 2, a Neurogenin-3 gene or gene product thereof, and a Pdx1 gene or gene product thereof; (C) a GLIS1 gene or gene product thereof, a Neurogenin-3 gene or gene product thereof, a Pdx1 gene or gene product thereof, and a MafA gene or gene product thereof; and (D) a mutant GLIS1 gene or gene product thereof having at least 85% sequence identity with the nucleic acid sequence represented by SEQ. ID No. 1 or 2, a Neurogenin-3 gene or gene product thereof, and a MafA gene or gene product thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production de cellules endocrines pancréatiques, ledit procédé comprenant une étape d'introduction au cours de laquelle l'un quelconque des gènes ou produits géniques suivants est introduit dans des cellules somatiques : (A) un gène GLIS1 mutant ou son produit génique présentant au moins 85 % d'identité de séquence avec la séquence d'acide nucléique représentée par SEQ.
