Abstract
(EN) This method of manufacturing an impeller comprises the steps of forming a side plate or main plate provided with a plurality of vanes, placing a core on the side plate or the main plate so that the core fits in between the vanes, placing on the vanes a main plate or side plate having formed therein grooves matching the shapes of the vanes, and welding the main plate or the side plate and the vanes together.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un impulseur consistant à former une plaque latérale ou une plaque principale pourvue d'une pluralité d'aubes, placer une partie centrale sur la plaque latérale ou la plaque principale de telle sorte que la partie centrale s'ajuste entre les aubes, placer sur les aubes une plaque principale ou une plaque latérale dans laquelle sont ménagées des rainures correspondant aux formes des aubes, et souder ensemble la plaque principale ou la plaque latérale et les aubes.
(JA) 複数の羽根が設けられた側板または主板を形成する工程と、羽根と羽根の間に中子が挟み込まれるように当該中子を側板または主板の上に配置する工程と、羽根の形状に合わせた溝が形成された主板または側板を羽根の上に配置する工程と、主板または側板と羽根とを溶接する工程と、を有する羽根車の製造方法である。
