Abstract
(EN) A method for preparing an ultraviolet-resistant and far-infrared-resistant ecological fabric, comprising the following steps: 1) raw material selection; 2) a spinning process; 3) a weaving process; and 4) dyeing and finishing. In the method, blended yarns of black quantum energy Dacron staple fibre, white quantum energy polyester staple fibre and elastic fibre spun by dope dyeing technology are used. The mutual configuration of the function of the fibres and the fabric structure and the warp and weft density is fully utilized. The processing procedures are shortened, the colour fastness is good, and environmental pollution is reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer un tissu écologique résistant aux ultraviolets et résistant à l'infrarouge lointain, comprenant les étapes suivantes : 1) la sélection d'une matière première ; 2) un processus de filage ; 3) un processus de tissage ; et 4) la teinture et la finition. Dans le procédé, des fils mélangés de fibre discontinue d'énergie quantique noire dacron, de fibre discontinue de polyester d'énergie quantique blanche et de fibre élastique filés par une technique de teinture en bourre sont utilisés. La configuration réciproque de la fonction des fibres, de la structure de tissu et de la densité de chaîne et de trame est utilisée pleinement. Les procédures de traitement sont raccourcies, la résistance des couleurs est satisfaisante, et la pollution environnementale est réduite.
(ZH) 一种抗紫外远红外生态面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)原料选配;2)纺纱工艺;3)织造工艺;4)染色及后整理。该方法采用由原液着色技术纺制黑色量子能涤纶短纤、白色量子能涤纶短纤和弹性纤维制成的混纺纱,充分利用纤维的功能与织物组织和经纬密相互配置,既缩短了加工工序,色牢度好,又减少了对环境的污染。
