Abstract

Methods and devices for combining multiple signals from multiple sensing vectors for use in wearable or implantable cardiac devices. Signals from multiple vectors may be combined using weighting factors and/or by conversion to different coordinate systems than the original inputs, which may or may not be normalized to patient anatomy. Signals from multiple sensing vectors may be combined prior to or after several analytical steps or processes including before or after filtering, and before or after cardiac cycle detection. Cardiac cycle detection information may be combined across multiple sensing vectors before or after analysis of individual vectors for noise or overdetection. Cardiac cycle detection information may also be combined across multiple sensing vectors to identify noise and/or overdetection.

L'invention concerne des procédés et des dispositifs permettant de combiner de multiples signaux provenant de vecteurs de détection multiples destinés à être utilisés dans des dispositifs cardiaques implantables ou portables. Des signaux provenant de vecteurs multiples peuvent être combinés au moyen de facteurs de pondération et/ou par conversion en différents systèmes de coordonnées comparés aux entrées d’origine, qui peuvent ou ne peuvent pas être normalisées pour l’anatomie du patient. Des signaux provenant de vecteurs de détection multiples peuvent être combinés avant ou après plusieurs étapes ou procédés analytiques comprenant la filtration avant ou après, et la détection de cycle cardiaque avant ou après. Des informations de détection de cycle cardiaque peuvent être combinées aux vecteurs de détection multiples avant ou après l’analyse des vecteurs individuels liée au bruit ou à une surdétection. Des informations de détection du cycle cardiaque peuvent également être combinées aux vecteurs de détection multiples pour identifier du bruit et/ou une surdétection.
