Abstract:
(EN) For random linear network encoded data transmission, a method communicates a Galois field to user equipment. In addition, the method receives a set of k data packets, wherein at least two of the k packets are of different packet lengths. The method further resizes the k data packets to generate k packets of equal packet length. The method encodes the k resized data packets from a first data ensemble into r random linear network coded (RLNC) packets as a function of the Galois field. The method further iteratively transmits the RLNC packets from two or more transmission nodes to the user equipment until the decode feedback indicates that a packet ensemble is decoded from the transmitted RLNC packets. Each RLNC packet is transmitted by a selected transmission node.
(FR) Pour l’émission de données à codage réseau linéaire aléatoire, un procédé communique un corps de Galois à un équipement d’utilisateur. Le procédé reçoit en outre un ensemble de k paquets de données, dans lequel au moins deux des k paquets ont des longueurs de paquet différentes. Le procédé redimensionne alors les k paquets de données pour générer k paquets de longueur de paquet égale. Le procédé code les k paquets de données redimensionnés provenant d’un premier ensemble de données en r paquets à codage réseau linéaire aléatoire (RLNC) en tant que fonction du corps de Galois. Le procédé émet alors les paquets RLNC de manière itérative depuis deux nœuds d’émission ou plus à destination de l’équipement d’utilisateur, jusqu’à ce que le retour d’informations de décodage indique qu’un ensemble de paquets est décodé à partir des paquets RLNC émis. Chaque paquet RLNC est émis par un nœud d’émission sélectionné.
