Abstract

A system, method, and computer program for detecting and isolating structural faults is provided. To detect and isolate structural faults, a plurality of sensed features that corresponds to sensor data from the monitoring sub-system and a plurality of estimated features that corresponds to the plurality of sensed features can be generated. Further, the plurality of sensed features and the plurality of estimated features can be compared to produce a plurality of residuals. From the plurality of residuals, at least one structural fault within the vehicle are determined and isolated for further use of maintenance decision support.

L'invention concerne un système, un procédé et un programme informatique permettant de détecter et d'isoler des défauts de structure. Pour détecter et isoler des défauts de structure, une pluralité de caractéristiques détectées qui correspondent à des données de capteur du sous-système de surveillance et une pluralité de caractéristiques estimées qui correspondent à la pluralité de caractéristiques détectées peuvent être générées. De plus, la pluralité de caractéristiques détectées et la pluralité de caractéristiques estimées peuvent être comparées pour produire une pluralité de résidus. Parmi la pluralité de résidus, au moins un défaut de structure à l'intérieur du véhicule est déterminé et isolé en vue d'une utilisation ultérieure de support de décision de maintenance.
