Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a system for automatic diagnosis and prognosis of tuberculosis by a CAD-based digital X-ray, and more particularly, to a system for automatically diagnosing and predicting whether a patient has been infected with tuberculosis, by applying a deep learning algorithm to big data associated with a tuberculosis X-ray image. The system for automatic diagnosis and prognosis of tuberculosis by the CAD-based digital X-ray according to the present invention supports a general-purpose approach through a digital X-ray and picture archiving & communication system (PACS) through an appropriate technology-based approach for export to developing countries, and thus, improves efficiency of diagnosis. Also, the system for automatic diagnosis and prognosis of tuberculosis by the CAD-based digital X-ray according to the present invention pushes forward supporting big data-based prognosis and customized diagnosis of tuberculosis on the basis of development and trends of tuberculosis patients through CAD-based pre-screening.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système pour le diagnostic et le pronostic automatiques de la tuberculose par un rayon X numérique basé sur un CAD (diagnostic assisté par ordinateur), et, plus particulièrement, un système pour diagnostiquer et prédire automatiquement si un patient a ou non été infecté par la tuberculose, par application d'un algorithme d'apprentissage profond à des données volumineuses associées à une image radiologique de tuberculose. Le système pour le diagnostic et le pronostic automatiques de la tuberculose par le rayon X numérique basé sur un CAD selon la présente invention prend en charge une approche polyvalente par l'intermédiaire d'un rayon X numérique et un système d'archivage & de communication d'image (PACS) par l'intermédiaire d'une approche basée sur une technologie appropriée pour une exportation vers les pays en développement, et ainsi, améliore l'efficacité de diagnostic. Également, le système pour le diagnostic et le pronostic automatiques de la tuberculose par le rayon X numérique basé sur un CAD selon la présente invention envoie en transfert prenant en charge un pronostic et un diagnostic personnalisé basés sur des données volumineuses de la tuberculose sur la base du développement et de tendances de patients atteints de tuberculose par l'intermédiaire d'un pré-dépistage basé sur un CAD.
(KO) 본 발명은 CAD기반 디지털 엑스레이의 자동 결핵 진단 예측 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 결핵 엑스레이 이미지와 관련한 빅데이터에 딥러닝 알고리즘을 적용하여 환자의 결핵 감염 여부를 자동으로 진단하고 예측하는 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 CAD기반 디지털 엑스레이의 자동 결핵 진단 예측 시스템은 개도국 수출을 위한 적정기술 기반 접근을 통해 디지털 엑스레이 및 PACS(Picture Archiving & Communication System)를 통한 범용적 접근 지원으로 진단 효율성이 향상된다는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 CAD기반 디지털 엑스레이의 자동 결핵 진단 예측 시스템은 CAD 기반 Pre-Screening을 통한 결핵 환자의 추이 및 동향을 기반으로 하는 빅데이터 기반의 결핵 예측과 맞춤 진단의 지원 추진 효과가 있다.
