(EN) Apparatus for contactless manipulation of material and components, such as electronic components, comprises of material and/or component feed devices (5); acoustic transducer arrays (1); at least one material and/or component joining (melting, solidifying, welding) device (6); base (8) on which object is formed; a computing unit with an executable program. The program is used to control acoustic transducers that generate an acoustic field required for particle manipulation. Said control program can receive and process a signal coming from a feedback device in order to estimate position of material particles or components and improve manipulation accuracy.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil pour la manipulation sans contact de matériau et de composants, tels que des composants électroniques, constitué par des dispositifs (5) d'alimentation en matériau et/ou en composants ; des réseaux (1) de transducteurs acoustiques ; au moins un dispositif (6) d'assemblage de matériau et/ou de composants (fusion, solidification, soudage) ; une base (8) sur laquelle un objet est formé ; une unité de calcul pourvue d'un programme exécutable. Le programme est utilisé pour commander des transducteurs acoustiques qui génèrent un champ acoustique nécessaire pour la manipulation de particules. Ledit programme de commande peut recevoir et traiter un signal provenant d'un dispositif de rétroaction afin d'estimer la position des particules de matière ou des composants et d'améliorer la précision de manipulation.
