Abstract:

(EN)Disclosed are imprinting ink compositions for use in imprinting techniques such as SCIL. The imprinting ink compositions comprise TMO nanoparticles stabilized by selected polymerization inhibitors that allow for the formation of a stable imprinting ink composition in which polymerization of the TMO nanoparticles is effectively suppressed and from which high refractive index patterned layers can be formed. Imprinting methods using such imprinting ink compositions, optical devices including patterned layers formed from such imprinting ink compositions and lighting devices, optical sensors and photovoltaic devices including such optical elements are also disclosed.
(FR)L'invention concerne des compositions d'encre d'impression destinées à être utilisées dans des techniques d'impression telles que la SCIL. Les compositions d'encre d'impression comprennent des nanoparticules d'oxyde de métal de transition (TMO) stabilisées par des inhibiteurs de polymérisation choisis qui permettent la formation d'une composition d'encre d'impression stable dans laquelle la polymérisation des nanoparticules de TMO est supprimée efficacement et à partir de laquelle des couches à motifs d'indice de réfraction élevé peuvent être formées. Des procédés d'impression mettant en œuvre ces compositions d'encre d'impression, des dispositifs optiques comprenant des couches à motifs formées à partir de ces compositions d'encre d'impression et des dispositifs d'éclairage, des capteurs optiques et des dispositifs photovoltaïques comprenant de tels éléments optiques sont également décrits.
