Title: PROCESS FOR PROCESSING BENT ALUMINIUM TUBE WATER-COOLING HEAT DISSIPATION DIE-CAST CAVITY
Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for processing a bent aluminium tube water-cooling heat dissipation die-cast cavity, comprising the following steps: S1. selecting a tube; S2. annealing the aluminium tube; S3. bending the aluminium tube; S4. welding a water faucet; S5. reinforcing the aluminium tube; S6. after the completion of step S5, placing the bend-formed aluminium tube into a die-casting mould, and positioning same using a positioning device inside the die-casting mould; S7. mould-clamping and die-casting: after clamping the die-casting mould, pouring an aluminium alloy solution into a melting cup of a die-casting machine, injecting the aluminium alloy solution into the mould through a pressure injecting force of the die-casting machine, and wrapping the aluminium tube with the aluminium alloy solution; S8. opening the mould and taking out the cast: after the completion of the pressure injecting, under the action of pressurizing, enabling the aluminium alloy and the aluminium tube to be closely combined as a whole, maintaining the pressure of the cast for 10-15 s, and then opening the mould and taking out the cast; and S9. deburring, and performing local computer numerical control (CNC) processing to obtain the bent aluminium tube water-cooling heat dissipation die-cast cavity. The effective effects of the present invention are as follows: the raw material cost is low, aluminium tube melting or deformation is avoided in the mould-clamping and die-casting process, the processing cost is low, the processing cycle is short, and the heat dissipation efficiency is high.
