Abstract:
A high-precision 3D printer adopting a double-nozzle technique comprises nozzle mechanisms, a displacement mechanism, a working platform (9) and a heating substrate (10) disposed below the working platform (9). The nozzle mechanisms and the heating substrate (10) are both disposed on the displacement mechanism. The nozzle mechanisms are located above the heating substrate (10). The high-precision 3D printer adopting the double-nozzle technique uses the displacement mechanism to perform accurate displacement control over the nozzle mechanisms to ensure the accuracy of 3D printing, uses the heating substrate (10) to heat the working platform (9) in real-time to ensure the stable working temperature of the working platform (9), and uses a temperature detection circuit to accurately measure the temperature of the heating device (3) to ensure the accurate heating of materials by the heating device (3), thereby enabling a reliable and stable printing.
