Title: HIGH-INTENSITY UVB FLUORESCENT POWDER, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a high-intensity UVB fluorescent powder, and preparation method thereof. The high-intensity UVB fluorescent powder is produced by using primarily lanthanum oxide, cerium (III) nitrate, and diammonium hydrogen phosphate as raw materials to produce a phosphate coprecipitate powder, and sintering, in a reducing condition, at 1200-1250˚C, wherein the molar ratio of lanthanum oxide, cerium (III) nitrate, and diammonium hydrogen phosphate is 0.5-1.0:0.01-0.05:1.0-1.5. The present invention uses an element coprecipitation technique to fully mix all materials and allow the materials to form crystal lattices before a high-temperature solid-state reaction step, and enables the fluorescent powder to better form a crystal and the activating agent, cerium, to be more thoroughly utilized by means of sintering, such that a high-intensity UVB fluorescent powder is obtained. The fluorescent powder in the present invention is particularly suitable to be used in a fluorescent tube for improving calcium absorption.
