Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, device and system for controlling quality of service (QoS), for use in solving at least the problem in the prior art of being unable to ensure reasonable allocation and utilization of resources during traffic, thereby reducing the utilization rate of resources. The method comprises: a first network device receives first information transmitted by a UE, wherein the first information comprises traffic information of the UE; the first network device determines second information according to the first information, wherein the second information comprises information for representing the quality of service of the traffic; and the first network device transmits the second information to a second network device. The present invention is applicable to the field of mobile communications.

Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé, un dispositif et un système pour contrôler une qualité de service (QoS), pour une utilisation dans la résolution d'au moins le problème dans l'état de la technique de l'incapacité de garantir une attribution et une utilisation raisonnables de ressources pendant une instance de trafic, ce qui réduit le taux d'utilisation des ressources. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un premier dispositif de réseau reçoit des premières informations transmises par un équipement utilisateur (UE), les premières informations comprenant des informations de trafic de l'UE ; le premier dispositif de réseau détermine des secondes informations selon les premières informations, les secondes informations comprenant des informations pour représenter la qualité de service du trafic ; et le premier dispositif de réseau transmet les secondes informations à un second dispositif de réseau. La présente invention est applicable au domaine des communications sans fil.
