(EN)The present invention relates to a method for preparing a contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and, more particularly, to a method for preparing a contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging, which has improved stability by minimizing side effects by removing unreacted substances generated during a preparation process. The preparation method comprises the steps of: reacting a lanthanide with a macrocyclic chelate to form a complex-containing aqueous solution; exchanging ions using one or more resins among a cation exchange resin, a chelate resin and an anion exchange resin in order to remove free lanthanide and unreacted macrocyclic chelate from the complex-containing aqueous solution; controlling the pH of the complex aqueous solution in a neutral range; and removing germs from the complex aqueous solution.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’un agent de contraste pour imagerie par résonance magnétique (IRM) et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de préparation d’un agent de contraste pour imagerie par résonance magnétique, qui présente une stabilité améliorée en réduisant au minimum des effets secondaires par élimination de substances n’ayant pas réagi générées pendant un processus de préparation. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes de : réaction d’un lanthanide avec un chélate macrocyclique pour former une solution aqueuse contenant un complexe ; l’échange d’ions au moyen d’une ou plusieurs résines parmi une résine d’échange de cations, une résine de chélate et une résine d’échange d’anions afin d’éliminer le lanthanide libre et le chélate macrocyclique n’ayant pas réagi de la solution aqueuse contenant un complexe ; régulation du pH de la solution aqueuse de complexe dans une plage neutre ; et l’élimination de germes de la solution aqueuse de complexe.
(KO)자기공명영상(MRI)용 조영제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 제조시 발생하는 미반응물을 제거하여 부작용을 최소화시킴으로써 안전성이 개선된 자기공명영상용 조영제를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 제조방법은 란타나이드 및 거대고리 킬레이트를 반응시켜 착물 함유 수용액을 형성하는 단계; 상기 착물 함유 수용액으로부터 자유 란타나이드 및 미반응 거대고리 킬레이트를 제거하기 위해 양이온 교환수지, 킬레이트 수지 및 음이온 교환수지 중 하나 이상의 수지를 사용하여 이온 교환하는 단계; 상기 착물 수용액의 pH를 중성 범위로 조절하는 단계;; 및 상기 착물 수용액을 제균하는 단계;를 포함한다.
