(EN)The present invention relates to a probe apparatus, a medical instrument comprising the same, and a control method of the probe apparatus. The medical probe apparatus comprises: a main body; and a head including a transducer array which is detachable from the main body and outputs an ultrasonic wave for diagnosis of a target object, wherein the main body comprises: a transceiver unit which is capable of transmitting and receiving a signal to and from the transducer array using a plurality of channels; and at least one processor configured to control the transceiver unit to transmit a predetermined test signal to the transducer array of the head mounted on the main body, determine a probe type corresponding to the transducer array of the mounted head on the basis of a feedback signal received via the transceiver unit in response to the test signal, and cause the probe apparatus to operate in response to the determined probe type. As such, the present invention has the advantages capable of selectively mounting various types of transducers on an ultrasonic probe to be used, and automatically performing an optimized operation for a mounted probe type without additional components or costs.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un appareil à sonde, un instrument médical la comprenant et un procédé de commande de l'appareil à sonde. L'appareil à sonde médicale comprend un corps principal et une tête comprenant un réseau de transducteurs qui est détachable du corps principal et émet une onde ultrasonore pour le diagnostic d'un objet cible. Le corps principal comprend : une unité émettrice-réceptrice qui est capable d'émettre et de recevoir un signal vers et depuis le réseau de transducteurs à l'aide d'une pluralité de canaux ; et au moins un processeur configuré pour commander l'unité émettrice-réceptrice pour transmettre un signal de test prédéterminé au réseau de transducteurs de la tête montée sur le corps principal, déterminer un type de sonde correspondant au réseau de transducteurs de la tête montée sur la base d'un signal de rétroaction reçu par l'unité émettrice-réceptrice en réponse au signal de test, et amener l'appareil à sonde à fonctionner en réponse au type de sonde déterminé. En tant que telle, la présente invention est avantageuse en ce qu'elle permet de monter sélectivement divers types de transducteurs sur une sonde ultrasonore destinée à être utilisée et d'effectuer automatiquement une opération optimisée pour un type de sonde monté, sans composants ni frais supplémentaires.
