Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for forecasting an optimal operation of innovative single-action-type tidal power generation, the method establishing an operational plan for controlling a water turbine and sluice gates so that the operation is in the order of discharge, wait for power generation, power generation, and wait for discharge with each tidal cycle, wherein the operational plan is established so as to allow the maximum power generation to be obtained for each tidal cycle on the basis of changing tidal elevation data with each tidal cycle, and by establishing the operational plan, the maximum amount of generated power can be obtained while reducing the frequency of calculations for same to the minimum. As such, a section discovery step for selecting a section having the optimal solution is repeatedly executed, the section discovery step setting a nodal point in the discovery section, of the optimal head differential for the start of power generation during power generation and optimal head differential for opening and closing the sluice gates during discharge, which can assure the maximum amount of power generation, and a node selection method which rapidly arrives at the optimal conditions and an accurate section selection method are utilized.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour planifier un fonctionnement optimal de génération d'énergie marémotrice du type à simple action, lequel procédé établit un plan de fonctionnement pour commander une turbine à eau et des portes d'écluse de telle sorte que le fonctionnement s'effectue dans l'ordre décharge, attente de la génération d'énergie, génération d'énergie et attente de décharge avec chaque cycle de marée, le plan de fonctionnement étant établi de manière à permettre à la génération d'énergie maximale d'être obtenue pour chaque cycle de marée sur la base du changement de données d'élévation de marée à chaque cycle de marée, et, par l'établissement du plan de fonctionnement, la quantité maximale d'énergie générée pouvant être obtenue tout en réduisant la fréquence de calculs pour ce dernier au minimum. Par conséquent, une étape de découverte de section pour sélectionner une section ayant la solution optimale est exécutée de façon répétée, l'étape de découverte de section établissant un point nodal, dans la section de découverte, du différentiel de hauteur de pression optimal pour le début de la génération d'énergie pendant la génération d'énergie et un différentiel de hauteur de pression optimal pour ouvrir et fermer les portes d'écluse pendant la décharge, ce qui peut assurer la quantité maximale de génération d'énergie, et un procédé de sélection de nœud qui arrive rapidement aux conditions optimales et un procédé de sélection de section précis sont utilisés.
(KO) 본 발명은 조석주기마다 배수, 발전대기, 발전 및 배수대기의 순서로 운영되도록 수차 및 수문을 제어하는 운영계획을 수립하되, 조석주기마다 변동되는 조위 자료에 근거하여 주석주기마다 최대 발전량을 얻을 수 있도록 운영계획을 수립하며, 운영계획을 수립하는 데 있어서 발전량 산정 횟수를 최소한으로 줄이면서 최대 발전량을 위한 운영조건을 얻을 수 있는 단류식 창조 조력발전 최적운영 예측방법에 관한 것으로서, 최대 발전량을 확보할 수 있는 발전시의 최적 발전개시수두차 및 배수시의 최적 수문개폐수두차의 탐색구간에 절점을 정하여 최적해가 있는 구간을 선택하는 구간 탐색단계를 반복 수행하며, 최적해에 신속하게 접근하는 절점 선택방식과 정확한 구간 선택방식을 채용한다.
