(EN)The present invention relates to a method for preparing a super absorbent resin assembly and a super absorbent resin assembly prepared by means of same. More particularly, a method for preparing a super absorbent resin according to the present invention comprises the steps of: forming hydrous gel polymer by means of thermal polymerization or photopolymerization on a monomer composition comprising a polymerization initiator and water-soluble ethylene unsaturated monomer; drying and grinding the hydrous gel polymer; classifying the ground polymer into first fines, of which the particle size is 150 μm or smaller, and a base resin of which the particle size is from 150 μm to 850 μm; surface cross-linking the base resin; separating second fines, of which the particle size is 150 μm or smaller, by means of classifying the surface cross-linked base resin; and forming a fine particle assembly by means of mixing the first fines, the second fines and silica in a wet state.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un ensemble résine superabsorbante et un ensemble résine superabsorbante préparé au moyen de celui-ci. Plus particulièrement, un procédé de préparation d'une résine superabsorbante, conformément à la présente invention, comprend les étapes consistant à : former un gel polymère hydraté au moyen d'une polymérisation thermique ou d'une photopolymérisation sur une composition de monomère comprenant un initiateur de polymérisation et un monomère éthyléniquement insaturé hydrosoluble; sécher et broyer le gel polymère hydraté; classer le polymère de base en de premières fines, dont la taille de particule est inférieure ou égale à 150 μm, et en une résine de base dont la taille de particule est située dans la plage allant de 150 μm à 850 μm; réticuler en surface la résine de base; séparer les secondes fines, dont la taille de particule est inférieure ou égale à 150 μm, au moyen de la classification de la résine de base réticulée en surface; et former un ensemble de particules fines au moyen du mélange des premières fines, des secondes fines et de silice dans un état humide.
(KO)본 발명은 고흡수성 수지 조립체의 제조 방법 및 이에 따라 제조되는 고흡수성 수지 조립체에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 고흡수성 수지의 제조 방법은 수용성 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 및 중합 개시제를 포함하는 모노머 조성물에 열중합 또는 광중합을 진행하여 함수겔상 중합체를 형성하는 단계; 상기 함수겔상 중합체를 건조 및 분쇄하는 단계; 상기 분쇄된 중합체를 입도 150 μm 이하인 제 1 미분 및 입도 150 μm 이상 850 μm 이하인 베이스 수지로 분급하는 단계; 상기 베이스 수지를 표면 가교하는 단계; 상기 표면 가교된 베이스 수지를 분급하여 입도 150 μm 이하인 제 2 미분을 분리하는 단계; 및 상기 제 1 미분, 제 2 미분 및 실리카를 습윤 상태에서 흔합하여 미분 조립체를 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
