(EN) The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode capable of high efficiency- and low voltage-driving and having a reduced luminance reduction rate in a low grayscale area, and more specifically, to an organic light emitting diode comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode opposite the first electrode; and a light emitting layer and a load balance control layer sequentially placed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the light emitting layer comprises at least one type of an amine-derivative compound represented by [chemical formula A] listed below, and wherein the load balance control layer comprises at least one type of an anthracene derivative compound represented by [chemical formula B] or [chemical formula C] listed below. The structure of [chemical formula A], [chemical formula B], and [chemical formula C] are identical to those disclosed in the Detailed Description of the Invention.
