(EN)The present invention produces a ferrite magnetic material having a remarkably higher maximum energy product ((BH)max) than a conventional ferrite magnetic material through the induction of a high saturation magnetization and a high anisotropic magnetic field by simultaneously adding Co and Zn to substitute some of Fe and adjusting the content ratio of Zn/Co. In addition, the present invention can produce a desired magnetic material at a lower cost than a conventional CaLaCo-based ferrite magnetic material substituted with only Co by using Zn, which is relatively at least seven times cheaper than Co, together with Co.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un matériau magnétique ferrite ayant un produit énergétique maximum ((BH)max) nettement plus élevé qu'un matériau magnétique ferrite classique par induction d'une forte aimantation à saturation et d'un fort champ magnétique anisotrope par ajout simultanément de Co et de Zn afin de remplacer une partie du Fe et par ajustement du rapport de teneur en Zn/Co. En outre, la présente invention peut concerner un matériau magnétique souhaité à un coût inférieur à celui d'un matériau magnétique ferrite à base de CaLaCo classique, substitué avec seulement Co par utilisation de Zn, qui est relativement au moins sept fois moins cher que Co, conjointement avec Co.
(KO)본 발명은 Fe의 일부를 치환하고자 Co와 Zn 동시에 첨가하고 Zn/Co 함량비를 조절함으로써 높은 포화자화 및 높은 이방성 자계를 유도하여 종래 페라이트 자성재료보다 현저히 높은 최대자기에너지적((BH)max)을 제공할 수 있는 페라이트 자성재료를 제조한다. 이와 더불어, 본 발명에서는 Co 대비 상대적으로 7배 이상 저렴한 Zn를 Co와 함께 사용함으로써, Co만 치환된 종래의 CaLaCo계 페라이트 자성재료 대비 저렴한 비용으로 목적하는 자성재료를 제조할 수 있다.
