(EN)The present invention relates to an optimization method for production of solid spawn using Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y283 (KACC93238P). Specifically, as a result of confirming an optimum condition for the production of solid spawn of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y283 (KACC93238P), it was confirmed that a culture of S. cerevisiae Y283 spawn in a YPD medium with a stirring speed of 150 rpm at 30˚C for 24 hours has the highest degree of viability and viable count. Thus, the solid spawn optimization condition of the present invention can be usefully employed as a method for producing solid spawn of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y283 (KACC93238P).
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé d'optimisation pour la production de blanc de champignon solide utilisant du Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y283 (KACC93238P). De manière spécifique, suite à la confirmation d'une condition optimale pour la production de blanc de champignon solide de Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y283 (KACC93238P), il a été confirmé qu'une culture de blanc de champignon de S. cerevisiae Y283 dans un milieu YPD à une vitesse d'agitation de 150 t/min à 30°C pendant 24 heures présente le degré le plus élevé de viabilité et de numération viable. Ainsi, la condition d'optimisation du blanc de champignon solide de la présente invention peut être utilisée de manière utile en tant que procédé de production de blanc de champignon solide de Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y283 (KACC93238P).
(KO)본 발명은 사카로마이세스 세르비지애(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)Y283(KACC93238P)을 이용한 고체종균 제조의 최적화 방법에 관한 것으로 구체적으로 사카로마이세스 세르비지애(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)Y283(KACC93238P)의 고체종균을 제조하기 위해 최적조건을 확인한 결과, S. cerevisiae Y283 종균을 YPD 배지에서 교반속도 150 rpm으로 30˚C 온도에서 24시간 배양하는 것이 생육도 및 생균수가 가장 높음을 확안함으로써, 본 발명의 고체종균 최적화 조건은 사카로마이세스 세르비지애 Y283(KACC93238P) 고체종균 제조방법으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
