(EN) A method for measuring repetition rate phase noise of a femtosecond laser comprises the steps of: generating a combination signal, using a first wavelength component and a second wavelength component of an optical pulse train generated by a femtosecond laser; guiding the combination signal through a first path and a second path, delaying a signal of the first path, shifting a frequency thereof, and then making the signal of the first path and a signal of the second path interfere with each other to output an interfering combination signal; dividing the interfering combination signal into a first interference signal corresponding to the first wavelength component and a second interference signal corresponding to the second wavelength component; converting the first interference signal and the second interference signal into a first radio frequency signal and a second radio frequency signal, respectively, using a photoelectric device; and detecting a baseband signal including a repetition rate frequency noise component from the first radio frequency signal and the second radio frequency signal, using a mixer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de mesure du bruit de phase de fréquence de récurrence d'un laser femtoseconde comprenant les étapes consistant à : générer un signal de combinaison, à l'aide d'une première composante de longueur d'onde et d'une seconde composante de longueur d'onde d'un train d'impulsions optiques généré par un laser femtoseconde ; guider le signal de combinaison à travers un premier chemin et un second chemin, retarder un signal du premier chemin, en décaler une fréquence, et amener le signal du premier chemin et un signal du second chemin à interférer l'un avec l'autre de sorte à délivrer un signal de combinaison d'interférence ; diviser le signal de combinaison d'interférence en un premier signal d'interférence correspondant à la première composante de longueur d'onde et un second signal d'interférence correspondant à la seconde composante de longueur d'onde ; convertir le premier signal d'interférence et le second signal d'interférence en un premier signal radiofréquence et un second signal radiofréquence, respectivement, à l'aide d'un dispositif photoélectrique ; et détecter un signal de bande de base comprenant une composante de bruit de fréquence de récurrence provenant du premier signal radiofréquence et du second signal radiofréquence, à l'aide d'un mélangeur.
