Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a fiber for rubber reinforcement and a rubber-fiber composite with which it is possible to improve adhesiveness between the rubber and fiber and thereby further increase durability over a conventional one when used as a reinforcing material, and a pneumatic tire using same. A fiber for rubber reinforcement comprising a core-sheath-type conjugate fiber in which the core part comprises a high melting point resin (A) of 150℃ or higher in melting point, and the sheath part comprises a resin material (B) having a melting point lower than that of the high melting point resin (A). The resin material (B) contains an olefin random copolymer (C) and/or an olefin homopolymer or an olefin copolymer (D) (except (C)) and a styrene elastomer (E) including a continuously arranged single molecular chain of mainly a styrene monomer.
(FR) L’invention concerne des fibres pour renforcement du caoutchouc, lesquelles permettent d’améliorer l’adhérence entre le caoutchouc et les fibres et lesquelles, lorsqu’elles sont utilisées en tant que matériau de renforcement, permettent d’augmenter la résistance par rapport à l’art antérieur. L’invention concerne également un conjugué caoutchouc-fibres et un pneumatique mettant en oeuvre ce conjugué. Ces fibres pour renforcement du caoutchouc sont constituées de fibres conjuguées de type coeur/gaine dans lesquelles: la partie coeur est constituée d’une résine (A) à point de fusion élevé, laquelle présente un point de fusion supérieur ou égal à 150℃; et la partie gaine est constituée d'une matière de résine (B) dont le point de fusion est inférieur à celui de la résine (A) à point de fusion élevé. La matière de résine (B) contient: (C) un copolymère aléatoire de type oléfine et/ou (D) un homopolymère de type oléfine ou un copolymère de type oléfine (sauf (C)); et (E) un élastomère de type styrène contenant principalement des monomères de type styrène alignés en continu pour former une chaîne moléculaire unique.
(JA) ゴムと繊維との間の接着性を改良することで、補強材として用いた際に従来と比較して耐久性をより向上することのできるゴム補強用繊維、ゴム-繊維複合体およびこれを用いた空気入りタイヤを提供する。 芯部が融点150℃以上の高融点樹脂(A)からなり、鞘部が、高融点樹脂(A)よりも融点の低い樹脂材料(B)からなる芯鞘型の複合繊維よりなるゴム補強用繊維である。樹脂材料(B)が、オレフィン系ランダム共重合体(C)および/またはオレフィン系ホモ重合体若しくはオレフィン系共重合体(D)((C)を除く)と、スチレン単量体を主として連続して配列してなる単独分子鎖を含むスチレン系エラストマー(E)と、を含有する。
